Job Description:

Objective: This role is created to help the customer fix his problem and get the product through sales mainly by the sales and technical teams that are located in the Japanese branch and Taiwan headquarters with emphasis on sales.

  • Educate Internal Sales Team: Go into details about the product and provide the information to help the sales team with customer interactions.
  • Technical Support: Be present at the client meetings and visits to the agency with the sales team to give technical support.
  • Customer Problem-Solving: Work directly with the main key customers to meet their needs as efficiently as possible.
  • Industry and Competitor Analysis: Obtain and analyze the data from rivals and the market to get information for the strategies prepared.
  • Business Specifications Advice: Help in making business specifications such as Terms of Reference (TOR) whenever necessary.
  • Project Coordination: Be a go-between the head office, field sales, technical support team, and customer service team to ensure that the project is going on well.
    Note: They have to deal with both hardware and software solutions.
    Qualifications:
  • Whoever gets employed should take the Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification during the post-hire period if they haven’t done so yet.
  • The Google for Education Certified Educator Level 2 (or the equivalent) should be taken during post-hire if the certification is not there already.

Working Hours: 9:30 to 18:30 (8 hours with 1 hour break)

Job Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A track record of success and well-honed communication and interpersonal skills gained while working with people both inside and outside the company, including customer service.
  • A profound knowledge of information technology and software products is the backbone of the IT field of work.
  • At least 3 years of first-line technical support experience in the field of hardware and software is more than enough if one seeks to apply for the job.
  • Fluent business knowledge of Japanese and Chinese languages is just what you need but not what will get you the job, you need to have them mastered.
  • Certificated: TOEIC with 700 or higher grade test is freely suggested for the English reading and writing proficiency.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Service as a field service engineer.
  • Work as a pre-sales engineer.
  • Skills in presenting customer solutions.
  • Experience in the repair of IT-related hardware products.
  • The prime criteria for employment as our employee included IT certifications which any of them you possesed your job application was severely evaluated.
