About the Role:
In this new and revolutionary post, you’ll be the first on-site worker directing each step for all our interior design projects. You’ll play many roles such as hiring first-rate teams and ensuring that every single detail of your work shows the designer’s vision.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Team Leadership: You do not only generate, but also manage a team of skilled construction personnel, availing an environment that is both collaborative and productive in the process.
Quality & Accuracy: Your attention to detail could, most probably, be your most-valued asset. A lot of time would be spent scrutinizing blueprint and specifications accordingly to ensure that the work is aligned with design vision.
Communication & Progress: Acting in time and the right way to start conversations in regard to the project is the right thing to do. You’ll keep designers, managers, and stakeholders informed about project progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned.
Project Management: You will be the casting master, who will be in charge of scheduling daily activities, communicating with subcontractors, and supervising material procurement, which will all be done with the budget and the deadlines in mind.
Safety & Efficiency: You’ll be first to ensure a safe working environment by constant inspection of the site and implementing the right safety procedure. Additionally, you’ll check employee attendance regularly and assess productivity ultimately creating a company culture of magnificence.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of experience as a site foreman or supervisor in construction is required.
THE ABILITY TO MOTIVATE AND LEAD CONSTRUCTION CREWS – our past performance is a proven track record.
Knowledge of construction materials along with methodologies and best practices is hereby deemed a Basic Requirement for employing entry-level technicians.
Apart from good communicating skills, what I am proud of is to be able to analyze situations, quickly connect with people and also deal with incidents most effectively.
With attention to detail that also goes beyond the limits, I am into high-quality craftsmanship. I have also worked as a house painter for a long time and gained a lot of experience in construction and woodwork.
