Customer Service Specialist (Korean Support) – Japan (Remote)

Do you have a passion for gaming and fluency in Korean? We’re looking for a dedicated customer service specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our Korean player base!

What you’ll do:

  • Be the voice of our company: Respond to player inquiries and resolve issues via chat and email, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Become a champion for our players: Assist with a variety of concerns, including password resets and more.
  • Sharpen the player experience: Analyze customer service data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Bridge the language gap: Translate and proofread Korean content when needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in Korean (written and spoken)

  • Experience with online games (a plus!)
